  • The Neurosight®-S recovers quickly upon thawing to quickly form an intertwined network of neurons. The above images were taken from a 12-well culture plate 2days, 7days, 12days and 14days post-thawing (Magnification 200X).

30,000 Cardiosight®-S cells were seeded on a 9 mm coverslip and cultured using Neuosight®-S Maintenance Media (full changes every other day) for seven days. Immunostaining was performed at the concentrations recommended by the respective suppliers 1 hour at RT.
