  • Hepatosight®-S cells were plated at 250,000 cells/cm2 density in a 12-well plate and cultured using Hepatosight®-S Maintenance Media (full changes every other day)

The Hepatosight®-S demonstrates human liver functionality

The Hepatosight®-S expresses typical hepatocyte markers and structural characteristics which are indicative of appropriate functionality of these cells. 1,000,000 cells seeded on 12well plate and cultured for 10days before fixation. Immunocytochemistry was performed by incubating primary antibodies at the concentrations recommended by the respective suppliers at RT for 1 hour.

Correct Modeling of Human Hepatotoxicity

The Hepatosight®-S demonstrated high fidelity to primary hepatocytes in a hepatotoxicity screen. Cells were plated according to the Hepatosight-S User Guide and tested on DIV 10.
